 Designs-
Various designs by advanced machinery and computerised
router can produce many profile faces and different
framework. We have many different edge moulds as the
outer design to complement the door. This applies to
solid timber and custom wood.
 Pantry Doors- Doors over 1500mm are
manufactured with two designs, with mid rails in between
to match your doors situated around your kitchen. Kickboards,
made of solid timber can also be added to your pantry
door.
 Breakfast Bar Panels- Can be made in
solid timber or customwood with the same matching designs
up to three metres long.
 Drawer Fronts- Drawer sets of solid
timber and custom wood can be made of two, three, four
and five. Theses can be supplied as a set or cut individually
and moulded.
 Router Fascias- Are used on small pieces
that are too small to make into a face profile with
framework. This is achieved by a router design on solid
timber and customwood.
 Glass Frames & Colonial Bars Glass Frames-
Can be designed in different frameworks in solid timber
and customwood. Where the back of the frame is rebated
for the glass.
Colonial Bars- Can be made as glass frames,
with small rails to produce 4 or 6 or 8 rectangular
boxes to suit door sizes.
Cornice Mould- We manufacture our own
colonial design in various solid timber to match our
doors. We also produce our own design in raw ‘MDF’customwood.
 Solid Dressed Timbers- We have a variety
of timber species that are dressed available in standard
and cut to size.
 Microwave and Wall Oven Frames-
Can be made to your specified size in different solid
timbers to match your kitchen doors. A combined ‘combo’
frame consisting of the microwave and wall oven can
also be made.
 Bending
Ply- Skillfully crafted, often used around
a circular bar.
 Slat
Walls- Are used for commercial and retail applications.
Each is custom designed by computerised technology.
 Perforated
Panels- Can be manufactured for acoustics and
ventilated panels. This design is custom made, while
having the option of different amounts of slots
per panel.
In our solid timber range, besides arch or square, we
offer a wide variety of different internal panel shapes.
This makes the face of the door that can combine with
different framework profiles. You can make your ideal
door with whatever panel and frame style you desire.
To complement your door, we can also edge the outer
framework in many moulds to your liking. For more detailed
mouldings, see the custom wood section, where the same
mouldings can be duplicated in either solid timber and
polyurethane.

D/B4 = 4 Drawers
D/B3 = 3 Drawers
D/B2 = 2 Drawers
CF = Colonial Frame
LF = Leadlight Frame
K/B = Kick Board
LBR = Large Bottom Rail
