supplies “raw” doors, made from highly moisture
resistance medium density fibreboard (MR MDF). Available
in various door thicknesses.
Using a technological computerised router machine, you
can choose from a wide range of doors, from our Series:
100 to 900 designs.
From simple square, arch patterns to highly modernised
moulded door designs.
Features included both recessed and raised panels. With
or without V-grooving.
Other designs incorporate internal square or round corners.
This feature is quite remarkable. Showing various detail
and accuracy.
For that sophisticated elegant look we have manufactured
a Curved ‘MDF’ Door. Where the Face of the
door gently curves and the back is completely flat.
This gives the illusion of a 3-D Effect.
We also offer different outer door mouldings. From a
simple bevelled or pencilled edge to a champhered edge.
The look is up to you. We have many different moulded
designs to suit your own personal taste. You can also
utilise the size of the framework of your doors. Individuality
is your own creation. We custom make each different
design, as each customer is unique with different likings.
To
complement the above door designs we also design and
manufacture our own ‘MDF’ cornice mould
that completes your kitchen.
With having the option for a modern or classic contemporary
look.
All of our door designs are made in the “raw”
form. We can supply to you raw, to have painted, in
polyurethane, enamel or other paints suitable for customwood.
Or otherwise we can have it polished for you.
